Great insights by Ron on a very basic concept yet hard to achieve concept called Trust. Loved his vulnerability to start out the session. The real value creation for teams, and the pathway to success, is how do they deal with conflict with respect to driving alignment. Teams don’t manage conflict well without a level of trust. Ron’s insights on vulnerability and self orientation in a team format is really helpful.
