I came across your podcast while looking for motivation to get back on track with a personal goal. I hadn’t realized you have been working on these types of motivational messages. A disclaimer, I am proudly an RLGer, and personally, I found this podcast in particular to be very relevant to my life and career on many levels. For the listeners out there, who may not know it, Rick is the real deal. He is passionate and works hard to deliver quality at the next level. He is actually someone who practices the ideas he presents. Knowing this, made me think of the level of effort I put into those things I am passionate about. I sat for a long while after listening, to introspectively view myself considering the content of the podcast, and knowing Rick, and all he has accomplished in building our company. Thanks for being the great leader and example that you are. Your efforts serve to making our world a better place, and I really appreciate it!
